Data deletion

You can remove Adlytica's access and delete your data at any time. Choose whichever option is easiest.

Option 1: In Adlytica

• Disconnect a platform: Settings → Connections → Disconnect. Access tokens for that platform are deleted immediately.
• Delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete account. All account, advertising and analytics data is erased within 30 days.

Option 2: From Facebook

• Go to Facebook Settings → Security and login → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
• Find Adlytica and choose Remove.
• Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the data received through Meta within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation code you can use to check the status with us.

Option 3: From Google

Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Adlytica and remove access. We then delete the Google data we hold for you within 30 days.

Option 4: By email

Write to hello@adlytica.app from the email on your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We confirm within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

What we keep

Invoices and records we are legally required to keep are retained for the statutory period. Everything else is erased.
